Placing an order
The ordering process is simple and easy, takes about a minute. You don't even need to register to place your order.
You can place your order simply clicking on the "Add to Cart" button next to each product. You can add and update quantities by clicking on View Cart on the top right of the site.
The secure payment system is hosted by PayPal, however you don't have to register or holding a PayPal account.
If you don't have a Paypal account just click on the Check Out button after you have finished shopping. Then click on Pay with debit or credit card and provide the required credit card details.
If you have a PayPal account just click on the Check Out with Paypal button after you have finished shopping.
Delivery will be charged from £5.99 including VAT per order. The pricing is calculated considering the weight and value of the ordered items but doesn`t exceed £8.99 (incl. VAT).
We despatch orders in 24 hours after your payment has been cleared. The delivery usually takes an other 1-2 working days. Ideally you will receive your order within 4 working days, delivered by a courier company. During Christmas and bank holidays you can expect longer delivery times.
We don't charge for delivery if you buy a case (6 bottles) of wine, any kind. This offer covers only the standard pricing wines (£19.99 per bottle) and refers to orders delivered to a single destination. The ordered case can be mixed upon your choice.
Please note that we arrange deliveries to the following UK-destinations for extra charge: Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. Please contact us to get a quotation before placing your order.
We don't do international shipments.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. To cancel an order, you should notify us in writing an email to the address specified on this site. If we do not receive the item back from you within 7 days we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. In extreme circumstances a refund may be available at the discretion of the company.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within one month of your order date. Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding orders and general enquiries please do let us know by contacting us using the details provided on the Contact page.
In the event of complaint, please contact the company on email@example.com giving as much detail of your complaint as possible, and we shall get back to you. All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by the director.

All information (including credit card details) is sent and received using the latest in secure e-commerce software. No credit or debit card details are stored by Booze & Blues Ltd. All transactions are handled by PayPal. Booze & Blues Ltd will continue to use new security protocols and software as they become available. We are applying a strict Challenge25 policy whereby any person attempting to buy alcohol who appears to be under 25 will be asked for photographic ID to prove their age. The recommended forms of ID that will be accepted are passports, driving licences with a photograph or proof of age cards bearing the ‘PASS’ mark hologram. Alcohol will only be delivered to a person who shows the requisite ID if that person is clearly a resident at a residential address. The alcohol will be delivered to that specific residential address only. Alcohol will not be delivered to customers at a park, the beach, a bus stop or a street corner etc. It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of photographic ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to deliver the wine.
